3.2 Information about other people
If you provide information about other travellers — colleagues, family members or clients — you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that you have told them how their information will be used. Please share this policy with them.
3.3 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and our hosting provider automatically record technical information when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding how the site is used.
3.4 Sensitive information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through our website. Where a journey requires it — for example a medical or mobility requirement, or passport details for a fly-in connection — we will collect only what is necessary and only with your consent.
4. How and why we use your information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. Enquiries sent through WhatsApp
This is important and specific to how our website currently works, so please read it carefully.
The enquiry and quote forms on our website do not send your details to a database on our website. When you press send, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you entered already written into a message. The message is only sent to us when you send it yourself in WhatsApp.
This means that:
- if you do not send the message, we never receive your details;
- once sent, the message is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms as well as this one;
- the conversation is stored on our business device and within WhatsApp, and we then record the details we need in our own booking records.
If you would prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can email or telephone us using the details in section 15 instead.
6. Who we share your information with
We share your information only where it is needed to deliver the service you have asked for, or where we are required to by law. This may include:
- Drivers and chauffeurs assigned to your journey — normally your name, contact number, pick-up details and flight number;
- Lodges, hotels and accommodation providers where we make a booking on your behalf;
- Airlines and charter operators where your journey connects with a flight;
- National parks and permit authorities where entry permits or transit permits are arranged for you;
- Our service providers, including our website host, email provider and accounting software, who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality arrangements;
- Professional advisers, insurers, and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required or permitted to disclose information.
7. Transfers outside Zambia
Some of the providers we use — including our website host, email and messaging services — store or process data on servers outside Zambia. The Data Protection Act restricts transfers of personal data outside Zambia, and we take steps to ensure that any such transfer is permitted, for example on the basis of your consent or appropriate contractual safeguards with the provider.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include cookies that are necessary for the site to function and to keep it secure, and cookies set by our caching and performance tools.
Our website also loads content from third parties, which may allow those parties to collect technical information such as your IP address:
- Google Fonts — typefaces used across the site;
- YouTube — the background video on our home page. We use YouTube's no-cookie domain, which limits tracking unless you interact with the video.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
9. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not become bookings — kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Booking and travel records — kept for the duration of our relationship with you and for a period afterwards for accounting, tax and insurance purposes.
- Accounting records — kept for the period required by Zambian tax law.
- Marketing consents — kept until you withdraw consent.
10. Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is used;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- object to or restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where it significantly affects you; and
- lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 15. We will respond within the period required by law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our website, restricted access to our systems and records, and limiting access to staff who need it to do their job.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the Data Protection Commissioner as required by law.
12. Children
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website. Where children travel as part of a family or group booking, we collect their details from the adult making the booking and use them only to deliver the journey safely.
13. Links to other websites
Our website links to third-party sites, including partner and tourism information websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Please read their policies before providing personal information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
15. Contact us and complaints
