Do you track flights for airport pick-ups?
Yes. Commercial and charter flight arrival times are tracked in real time using your flight number. Driver pick-up schedules automatically adjust for early arrivals, delays or schedule shifts to ensure a seamless meet-and-greet at the terminal.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport pick-ups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after touchdown to allow for customs, immigration and luggage collection. Standard city, hotel and corporate pick-ups include up to 15 minutes. Extended waiting can be accommodated on request.
Can a city tour be built around specific interests?
Yes. Bespoke itineraries can be tailored around specific interests — diplomatic and administrative landmarks, cultural sites, local markets, business districts, or wildlife and conservation destinations. Schedules are fully customisable, whether you want a short excursion or a multi-stop itinerary.
Do you have child seats available?
Yes. Infant capsules, toddler car seats and booster seats are available on request during booking. Equipment is checked, sanitised and properly secured before passenger pick-up.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), direct bank transfers (EFT/SWIFT), mobile money and corporate account invoicing for registered organisations are accepted. Payment terms and instructions are outlined on your booking confirmation.
