This includes ground transport from airport hubs such as Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN) straight to remote bush camps and lodge airstrips.
What size groups can you accommodate?
All group sizes are accommodated, from individual travellers and couples to large private groups and official delegations. Vehicles range from executive sedans and 4x4 safari vehicles for small parties to multi-passenger minibuses and larger coaches for groups.
Can you connect with charter or domestic flights?
Yes. Ground pick-ups and drop-offs are coordinated directly with domestic commercial flights and local bush air charters operating into park airstrips such as Mfuwe, Jeki and Royal. Real-time flight monitoring ensures smooth connections even if schedules shift. Please note that these are domestic services within Zambia — we do not arrange international flights.
Are park fees and permits handled by you?
Yes. Official park entry fees, vehicle transit permits and conservation levies can be managed and prepaid ahead of time to eliminate delays at park entrance gates.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure vehicles, drivers and schedule slots. Early cancellations qualify for a partial refund minus administrative costs, while cancellations made close to the travel date are non-refundable. Exact refund timelines and percentages are detailed on your custom itinerary quote.
